I would be lying if I said it didn't take me like 3 days to decide on a name for these squares of deliciousness... but they seriously taste like some kind of cookie dough to me! Bringing me back to my unhealthy childhood where I would eat a package of raw cookie dough in one sitting (I know, horrifying). These bites are sweetened only with dates and pack tons of superfoods and healthy fats into only one bite.
They're my favorite as a pre-workout energy boost or just to snack on when you need a little something to get you through the afternoon. I think they are best stored in the freezer for that cookie dough taste and texture, but you can also store them in the fridge and they will be a bit softer.
